There are 4 possible solutions to fix the issue you are experiencing.

To complete your registration, Copy and Paste the confirmation code from the email you received directly into the verification text box in the SOCIETY app. This will complete the verification process.

  • Solution #1

    1. Tap and Long Hold the "Magic" Link in the Email
    2. If an Option is presented to "Open in SOCIETY", Select that Option
            -  You should be brought back to the SOCIETY App with your email verified.
    3. If not, proceed to Solution #2

  • Solution #2

    1. Go to your device's SETTINGS
    2. Select Safari
    3. Under SETTINGS FOR WEBSITES Select Request Desktop Website
    4. Disable "Other Websites"
    5. Restart your device
    6. Return to EMAIL and click "Magic" Link again
    7. If this does not resolve the issue, proceed to Solution #3

  • Solution #3

    1. Go to your device's SETTINGS
    2. Select Safari
    3. Select Advanced (All the way at the bottom)
    4. If there is an entry for SOCIETY, Delete it.
    5. Restart your device
    6. Return to EMAIL and click "Magic" Link again
    7. If this does not resolve the issue, proceed to Solution #4

  • Solution #4

    1. Go to your device's SETTINGS
    2. Select Safari
    3. Select Clear History and Website Data
    4. Restart your device
    5. Return to EMAIL and click "Magic" Link again
